How do I take the brush off of my Dyson?

Please!

I have a Dyson All Floors vacuum cleaner and very long hair! The front brush on the bottom of my Dyson is completely wrapped up in my hair and I need to take it off and cut the hair free so it works effectively again.

We just cut it off with scissors, but I'm sure the Dyson website would have better advice.

Dyson have a brilliant call centre.

I ordered a new hose, couldn't fit it phoned them and they talked me through how to fit it. Would you believe it involved a wooden spoon and a tea towel.....

I'm intrigued!
