Wahing colours

My daughters beautiful new sweatshirt with white writing now has pale blue writing where the sweatshirt ran, can anyone help fix this ? Thanks

I find Dylon Colour Run pretty effective - you can get it from big supermarkets. Or, assuming you followed the washing instructions, take it back for a refund as "unfit for purpose", as the colours shouldn't run when you wash it!
