Anyone got a basch washing machine that won't spin?

My washing machine is very temperamental about spinning duvet covers. If I wash a couple of them, it won't spin both, I have to take one out and even then it can be a bit reluctant. It has this unbalanced load thingy that I think might be causing the problem but it's meant to be able to take 8kg of washing so it seems a bit sensitive. Anyone had this problem? Any tips for fixing it?

Two single duvet covers? Should be all right, I always wash two single duvet covers together.

No, more than one king size duvet is too much for any machine. You are asking too much of it!

when my bosch wouldn't spin the helpdesk man said to put more washing in - sounded bit mad but did actually work as think it balanced it better

yes mine is like this. it is an 8kg too. it wont spin or else spins very badly and everything is still soaking. i have to take half the wash out and do it in two loads to get teh water out. leaves the floor soaking.

Bonsoir, it's not duvets but duvet covers, and this is a machine that takes 8kg, so it should be fine. When you put one duvet cover in it just sits there looking very lonely and empty, so I can't imagine that you can only wash one at a time - what would be the point of buying a big capacity machine?

I have tried rearranging the washing around, sometimes works, sometimes doesn't.

Irritates the hell out of me though
