please tell me how you keep your loo clean and fresh

my downstairs loo never seems to stay clean. it always gets a build up of grim under the rim and smells bad too even though i put bleach down every couple of days it don't take long for it to get dirty again. wanna keep it looking its best over the holday season for any expected guests, so what products do you use and do you perhaps recommend a rim block or cistern block to help?

could it be the floor around the toilet thats smelling?

that's usually the case in this house.

i wipe mine down with those flushable wipes and use a limescale disolving toilet cleaner.

bleach daily, bloo cistern block... rim blocks are minging
