this is not satisfactory. what can i do with it? and can i freeze it?

I don't know if they freeze, but how about adding some milk and having omelette for lunch?

Oh or make a lovely carbonara from scratch just with garlic, egg and bacon as it should be?

Something with egg custard?

Zabaglione. Just whisk with caster sugar and some sherry or other alcohol. Yum.

Reality eats egg yolks raw on hot toast.

Creme brulee or home-made ice-cream.
