HELP! MY WASHING MACHINE IS FROZEN!

Hi, I've been lurking for a while...you ladies have some great tips...must put them into action!
My washing machine, in the outside laundry room is not working...think it's frozen! I've had oil heater out there all day but still won't work bloody thing!...any suggestions...tons of washing to do, think I might have to drop a few loads off with presents tom! Washing machine is coming in but can't do it till after xmas coz need to take a cuoboard out! tyia x

We had to take the back of ours and blast it with a hairdryer,and it did start to work,but wouldn't drain,so we had to do it manually.Last week the water froze inside it and split a component,so we are draining it every night.It is a real pain and we have nowhere indoors to put it.

We had to defrost the water supply to the machine with a hairdryer too,and are covering the machine up,but I think this weather is just too much for it.
