Its a russell hobbs vacuum cleaner and its in clas ohlson for £40. I'm wondering if its any good or if these are any good either?

its going to cost me £35 or thereabouts just to open my busted one and tell me if its fixable so i think a new one might be a better idea for the price? any reviews gladly received!
