On the lead up to Christmas I would like to home cook delicious healthy veg knock on the door

......Sorry back! As I was saying I would like to make something healthy and a bit different.
I also need to prepare some in advance as I'm working on Sunday, Monday & Wednesday. Food shopping tomorrow, so what should I put on that list?

Saw Hairy Bikers do a puy lentil lasagne yesterday, where the lentils replaced the mince. I'm not strictly vegan, so will make it with soya milk and marg but with real cheese on top. Sure it would be yummy withough the cheese too though.

Just missed Hairy Bikers. Their food does look good. Yep I was thinking of a veg Lasagna..Then I thought Spinach & cheese in Filo patry might be okay.
