napisan at 30 degrees - should it get rid of germs?

DD had a sickness bug over the weekend.

I washed all the clothes she was wearing and was sick on in the washing machine and put in a couple of spoons of Napisan.

I thought I was washing at 40 degrees, not realising that DH had turned the machine down to 30 degrees on the previous wash and hadn't reset the machine.

So I washed her coat (which she was sick all over) at 30 degrees by mistake. I'm worried about whether she'll still have the germs from the sickness bug on her coat. Should the Napisan have killed the nasties or do I need to wash it again? (coat looks and smells clean)

Thanks

Wash them at 60 degrees if they'll stand it.

I wouldn't wash it again. I'm sure it would be fine.
