my flaming dishwasher

why oh why oh why are my dishes all covered in grit when my dishwasher is less than a month old...
ive got salt in there and rinse aid....
what can it be
please help!!!

I have had this - dishes covered with greyish grit - when I have filled up the salt and not quite screwed the top on properly (usually because some salt gets on where the top screws on). The salt comes out and gets all over the plates, then the "salt needed" light comes on. Could that be your problem?

maybe your rotor arm is blocked - can you remove and clean it?

have cleaned out the arm
anything else it could be?

something had to be fixed when we had this problem. i can't remember what it was - think it was something that dispensed the water - shouldn't be the case for you. have you contacted the shop and asked?
