I was given a 100% wool jumper which was a lovely, soft snuggly jumper a few weeks ago. I've worn it a number of times and the polo neck collar part has gone kind of hard and scratchy against the skin. The rest of the jumper is still really soft and doesn't feel wooly at all.
How can I get it nice, soft and snuggly again?
