what's the aqua plus for on my bosch?

Have just noticed this previously ignored button on the front of my washing machine. Presumably it adds more water to the cycle? I can't find the instruction booklet, can anyone tell me the official line on when I should use it and what it's supposed to do??!

Maybe it means an extra rinse?

You use it if you think it may need more water - big things like bedding which sometimes might otherwise still have traces of detergent on them at the end.
