hand held steam cleaners

I've been hankering after one for ages in a slightly obsessive way. DH thinks it will be a waste, and I hate waste. So I have two questions really. Are they useful? And if so do you have one you could recommend?

I too had been wanting one for ages and ended up getting this cheapish one - it's OK but I think a more powerful one would have been better. Don't use it as much as I thought I would of course. It's been useful for defrosting the freezer, getting stickers and ingrained muck off surfaces, loosening up stuff on the carpet that's been sticking to it etc. I would say you might spend a week or so steaming everything in sight then might let it lie somewhat - it is very satisfying using one though

Would like one too, but know after a mega steam of the house it'll be put away forever.

That is what I'm worried about, but feel I could do so much good!!

Does the lack of response mean you don't have them, or that they are so useless you can't bring yourself to mention them?
