We have had a cull but there's still no many.

Are those net things any good?

We find the nets cruel we prefer a swift dispatch by air pistol.

You could be right. I have a feeling DS1 would keep sneaking them food.

Bung 'em in a bin liner and if your attic hole is big enough, you can just chuck it straight up there without faffing with the ladder. :)

Can you ask dc which ones they'd really like to keep. i.e One of these is going. This one or this one? (making sure you put a really minging one in each pair) It worked with trucks and cars.

Our recycling takes soft toys. Ds can't see into the bin, so ideal.

Essentially, I have kept the ones that I like and that were gifts.

DSs are 4.5 and nearly 2 and aren't really bothered about any of them. Occasionally they will suddenly start playing with one in particular but they have never formed an attachment to any.

I'm always convinced they will suddenly demand a Teddy Bear's Picnic (not projecting at all )

FIL bought them both a Steiff bear when they were born so that fulfills the 'nice bear on shelf' gap and the rest .........

Attic is a good idea actually, and then if they ever do decide they need more fluff I can get them back out again.
