Help me choose a new w-i-i-d-e aga-type cooker!

....please!

I'm moving house and there's a big space for an aga-sized cooker - a bit like this. I'd like gas hob/electric oven, but have no other specifications/ideas. I don't think I really want a proper aga, but then again I don't know anything about agas either Blush

Has anyone got any recommendations? I have no idea what to look for or where to start....

I have an AGA, they are lovely especially during the winter (kitchen nice and warm, great for drying laundry, great for bread making). However, I do all my everyday cooking on an induction hob, so much quicker! Also, I have an oil fired aga, and they use a lot of oil! They can heat all your hot water though (not central heating because they don't have a pump). Also,if you want to switch your aga off during the summer then you need to have separate oven/hob. Also, you need the right pans for agas. I love my aga, but really, it is just an expensive hobby.
