a carpet cleaner man once told me, to get rid of stains use diluted dreft - So same principle. Handy knowledge and used it loads

GypsyMoth · 22/11/2010 18:52

whats dreft???

does this work in other carpet cleaners Hecate/furball??
i hire a similiar one locally....carpet cleaner is £9 a botle and was rubbish really. made by karcher but same type of thing

Furball · 22/11/2010 18:59

Dreft is olde fashioned washing powder specially marketed for woollens. I bought a huge box about 8 years ago, so they may have discontinued it. Have a look in large supermarkets

HecateQueenOfWitches · 22/11/2010 19:02

I would imagine it would work in any carpet cleaner that takes liquid cleaner.
