filthy oven

I am in need of some tips to clean my fan oven! we are renting our house out and the agent wants us to get the oven professionaly cleaned...thought I would give it a go before going to the expense! advice would be gratefully received.

I stumbled across this accidentally whilst cooking something which required a water bath....... put some boiling water in a roasting tin, and put in medium heat oven for half an hour or so. The steam will loosen the grease and make it easier to clean
