I need a hoover (not a hoover one!)

I have loads of animals, carpets and polished wood floors. Also have lots of spiders so need to be able to use a wand to de-cobweb as I go (so not the Dyson where you need to pull the thing out and put it back in upside down and repeat - too much faff).

Have loads of football boots - seem the get clumps of mud everyone Confused

The carpets are very light (yep I know was not a bright move) so hoover needs to get very close to the skirting boards to prevent grey lines around the outside of rooms.

I currently have a Miele and a Dyson, both old and various bits not working. I really cannot decide what to replace with...

I don't know anything about a sebo. Does anyone else? I have taken a look at their website but it is not terribly informative.

I've got a Henry and I love it.

Dyson do a cylinder animal one would this be any good?

marriedandlookingforcake · 20/11/2010 19:31

I'd go for a Henry, just recommended it on another thread too.

Looking at other threads it seems as though miele has better performance on carpet but would like a bagless one. Hmm

Another vote for Henry.
I love him.
Heavier than my dyson was, but so much better.
