my poor best friend has managed to have a time of the month disaster with her office chair :(
she works in very male dominated office and is so embarrased:(
what can she use to get rid of the stain?? its a typical... blue fabric office chair ...

Cold water and cloth ought to get it out. Salt in the water will help too.

I agree with the cold water bit. Or spill some strong coffee on it to disguise other stain, then she'd have a legitimate excuse to clean chair without embarrassing explanations? There's a '1001 stain remover' spray that seems to help with most stains.

I'd get a thin cushion, now it has two marks on the seat.

If the office is big enough, I'm afraid I would get in early one day and switch it with a spare one
