Quick vinegar question

I have been looking for white vinegar but all they had in Sainsbury's was Sarsons distilled malt vinegar. Is this the same thing? It is colourless, not brown like normal malt vinegar.

If not, where do I get it from?

We have a chinese supermarket nearby and they do big catering size jugs of vinegar at a fraction of supermarket price, as they supply to takeaways and restaurants. We plan to use a lot for soaking nappies. Not sure about the malt/white question though, I just figure if its vinegar then it does the job.
