little draining hole at the back of my fridge is blocked..

...and the water is now continually leaking down into one of the veg compartments unless I soak it up every day with a tea towel.

Does anyone know how to unblock these holes?

Zombie thread but just checking is the advice still just to poke something suitably shaped down the drainage hole?
