Bleaching sheets

I have some huge white tablecloths that are stained and I have tried using stain remover to no avail.

How does bleaching sheets work? Do I soak them with hot water and bleach together?

Any help much appreciated [hsmile]

have you tried washing up liquid? i find fairy liquid works better than any of the stain remover stuff you can buy. Put a blob of it on the stain and rub it in. If this doesn't work mix bleach with cold water and let them soak - you only need a little bit of bleach to quite alot of water.

Our cat gave birth right in the middle of a king size white cotton duvet cover and apparently, painting the area with hydrogen peroxide, leave it for ten minutes and repeat if the stain is still there.
I washed the cover on a 90 wash with some net curtain brightener packets and it is out being bleached by the sun.
