Recomendations for lovely new bedlinen

I have had M&S 100% cotton non iron for the last 3 years but it hasn't lasted well (frayed and tearing easily now) and has been a faff to not iron iyswim as I had to hang it on a series of chairs or the washing line to dry in order to not iron - anyway, have tried out M&S autograph 500thread count sateen bedline and found it took 3 goes in the tumbledrier and then was a complete pain to iron - The problem is that it is superking and the 500 threadcount makes it very heavy as well as large. I need to tumble it as it really looks awful unironed.
Tumble drier is not the problem; it's newish, efficient and lint free!
Has anyone found 100% cotton (eczema irritated by overheating with polycotton) superking bedlinen that is less hard work? Please?

Dawsons on line, they do a lot of end of line stuff - Great expensive makes and ours is superking at such great prices - Sheridan, Dorma etc.

Dorma washes well, lasts for years and years and is 100% cotton.
My superking is similar to the Isadora. Tis heavy but doesn't take ages to dry but I never tumble it. I never iron it but I never wouldShock - only the pillowcases!

Christy is also very good. The official website is very good for offers and sales around Xmas. Quality excellent and you can also buy at Homesense sometimes (TK Maxx for homewares).

Ikea bedding is amazing! Feels nice and thick, and it's 100% cotton and really easy to wash and iron. Cheap as chips too.

We use 100% cotton sheets with high thread count for our supersize bed and use: White Company and also Ralph Lauren. All pure white. Both brands come up beautifully in tumble and on line. No ironing for us.
