Can you help me with a plan for when baby arrives?

Hello
I've posted this in the childminders etc section but wonder if it's better placed here
First of all, I'm not sure whether this should be here on in Good Housekeeping - expect I"ll end up posting it in both

I'm expecting DC 2.
After babe arrives DC1 will attend three mornings of nursery
Have a mother's help currently 2 full days p/w while I work from home-but as I'm going on mat leave, I am going to spread these hours to be more like 4 half days.

Unformalised duties from my mother's help include entertaining DC1 while I work to include going for a walk, nappy changes/potty training as necessary, bit of light cleaning, ironing, hanging washing up, hoovering and light tidying during nap times.

Nothing too complicated = all v ad hoc.

I want to make more of a system as I may be sleeping when she's helping out so want to be able to direct her
Does anyone have a plan of what needs to be done on a daily basis?
TIA

So you want to give her some kid of loose timetable? Perhaps think back to your school timetable when you were a kid and block half hours out for her (if she doesn't mind) eg on Monday she could clean lounge then take DC to X class, on Tuesday she could clean kitchen then take DC to park, on Wednesday she could drop DC at nursery then clean bathroom etc (room per day).

not "kid", "kind".
