I have a winter coat that I love in a pattern (B&W) that I have grown rather tired of... I would like to dye it so that it is navy and black or even black all over, but none of my local dry cleaners will take on the 'project' as they say it will shrink the coat because it should be dry-cleaned only.
Is this something I can do at home? Anyone had any luck with machine dying - let me know any tips for brands to use / machine settings etc. Thanks!
