Where can I buy canned pumpkin?

Buy a small pumpkin brush outside with oil make a few cuts in it, put on a baking tray and bake until soft enough to put knife into Et voila you have pureed pumpkin!!

I puree fresh pumpkin and then put it into a sieve to drain to get rid of more of the water - I think the canned stuff is a bit more concentrated than fresh pureed pumpkin.

I just steam pumpkin.
You can freeze pumpkin too.
