How best to clean burnt stuff from bottom of Le Crueset dish?

I made some chutney in my Le Crueset casserole dish on the hob on Sunday but didn't stir it often enough towards the end and I now have a black, sticky area at the bottom of the dish that I can't scrub away.

What should I do?!

Possibly. I have just bought a Le Crueset kettle. Years ago bought a different casserole dish in France because I couldn’t afford Le Crueset it was just as good. I still have it and it looks almost new. Pleased with the kettle though. Looks lovely and after a couple of uses the whistle is loud enough to hear in the sitting room.😀
