I've just had to return my LG washing machine [sad] after DS discovered that the flashing power button could still be pushed despite the child lock being on, leaving me to restart the washing cycle 3 times (so took 4 hours to finish the load [angry]). After spending hours looking at manuals in the internet, it seems that it is quite common for the child lock to not include the power button. I've had a Bosch before, which did seem to lock everything, but the buttons weren't proper buttons, just touch things, and difficult to use. So my question is - has anyone got a washing machine with a proper child lock, and proper buttons? (Is it really too much to ask...[hmm]?)
