Cleaning grease from brushed steel hob

Help! I have dried in grease stains on my formerly lovely hob. What's good for getting rid of them?

Once you've got the actual dirt off (a good clean with multi-surface cleaner should do it) rub a little baby oil over it. It'll be as good as new and much easier to clean next time.
