We might put it on for an hour in the daytime if it snows in the winter...

yes, it's been on for a few weeks. August was rainy and my clothes weren't getting dry.

I find that no matter how many warm clothes I wear than I can't get warm unless the air is hot. I'm very skinny though and I have a laminate floor which isn't very cosy.

I'm starting to think about it, though today was mostly quite sunny.

I resent having to put it on in September. Last winter was very expensive on gas... :(

we came home today after a weekend away and it was 14C inside so i think i dont feel too guilty...

but then we are in yorkshire

not yet, was tempted today but as I was painting radiator pipes I couldnt. Have the log fire lit and is 19.7C by the pc.

Yes, on on Friday - I was ill and shivery!!

Off yesterday, on again today. I hate being cold, it just makes me grumpy.

Underfloor heating in kitchen and lounge has been on in morning for about a week. No radiators yet, but DH has lit the fire in his office for the first time since the spring. If I wasn't 8 months pg, I daresay I would have had the rads on too - I hate being cold in the house!

Not yet, but DD woke up at about 5am this morning as she was cold despite wearing brushed cotton PJs and sleeping under a duvet and a fleece blanket. So I am begrudgingly accepting that it might be time.

They all went to school in their big winter coats this morning.
