Recommend a good electric heater please.

My DS has a cold bedroom/bathroom/living room in a ground floor extension. There are two night storage heaters that we used last winter, but ideally I would like to get an economical electric radiator instead - anyone got one that they would recommend? One that heats up the room fairly quickly for him to turn on when he gets in from work.

Those slim oil filled ones are great. Very economical and lots of them now have timers.

yy we have an oil heater for the dog . T'is great. his room is the warmest in the house some nights. They heat v quickly too and last for years. The one my dog has is the old one I had in my loft conversion room when I lived at home as a teen (many years ago!)
