How can I get crayons/markers off the wall?

DD drew EVERYWHERE, using supposedly 'washable' Hmm markers and those plasticine Crayola crayons.

Neither are coming off with baby wipes. The walls are semi-mat and mat.

Help?

I've heard (via Kim and Aggie on 'How clean is your house?') that hairspray is good for crayons. Not sure if that's wax crayons though. Not sure about washable markers, though.

used a 'magic eraser block' from Lakeland here which worked for getting crayola crayons off matt painted wall. Sadly did not work for the supposed washable pens Sad

Flash eraser works, or any cream cleaser (eg Jif cream).

You have to go gentle, otherwise you lift the paint as well.

Thank you all. Will give it a try.

What about a marker on wood (antique table DP is very fond of)? It's old and thin varnish.

I read somewhere you can try using white bread, seriously
