Help smelly wee on my sofa

Something has weed on my sofa. I've washed the loose covers in bio washing powder but the wee has gone right through into the actual sofa itself and it smells of wee now :(

Any ideas how I can get rid of said wee smell, my sitting room smells like a v badly run old peoples home and I have guests over tomorrow whaaahhh.

Oh gawd! My dog weed in my car, the carpet has been bicarbed and shampooed and still stinks. I've seen a bottle of something in a petshop that says it removes smells, I'll investigate further and get back to you.

I've managed to get the smell out of a mattress before by spraying most of a can of dettol apple spray onto the area and then leaving it to dry in a room with windows wide open. But that was small child smell. Old dog might be more powerful.

I have found Febreze works up to a point.
