We're renting at the moment and don't have a dishwasher (which used to shift those stubborn stains) . I though neat vinegar would do it but I wonder if anyone has any other suggestions ?

Bleach (or milton, it's the same stuff)

Who has time to grind salt granules in to mugs?

LittleCheesyPineappleOne · 17/09/2010 19:28

I have a salt pig so I just have to take a pinch of salt and rub it around the inside of the mug and wash it out. I am very lazy and it takes me no more than ten seconds.

I use milton, works every time.

Barkeeper's Friend.
Genius stuff. Works on everything. Check out the label. Sainsbury and lakeland do it. My Tesco doesn't, for aome reason.
