Baby wipes worked on my ( flat leather ) purse. Was a bit worried as wipes turned red and I thought colour would be affected but it was fine.

Thanks will try. Have tried hairspray and alcogel to no avail (advice on another forum).

Have you tried a bit of perfume on a cotton wool ball? This worked on my sofa but you need to try on a non obvious bit first in case it removes any colour.

Babywipes didn't work. Will try the perfume tomorrow.

Stain Devils available in hardware store may be worth it.

Used to clean patent leather shoes with milk - worth a try and can't hurt. Good luck

Just remembered - it's always worth trying WD40 spray (small corner first)

Thanks - will try. The stain devils did nothing.
