HOW MANY HOURS DO I NEED TO BOOK A CLEANER FOR????

Hello,advice please!!,
How many hours would a cleaner need to do the following on a weekly basis:
Hoover/dust living room
Hoover/mop hallway
Hoover/dust stairs&landing
Hoover/mop downstairs cloakroom
Hoover/mopkitchen
Clean kitchen worktops/table and splashback tiles
Hoover/moputility room
Clean utility room worktops
Clean family bathroom
Hoover/mop family bathroom
Clean ensuite shower room
Hoover ensuite shower room
Dust and hoover 2 bedrooms
Also to do an 'extra' each week eg clean shower-room tiles, clean downstairs windows inside etc.

Also agency or non agency?What sort of price?It only seems to be agencies around here-North Wales-so may not have a choice--whats your advice???

A local-lovley would be better than agency.
At least £8 PH.

One hour per bedroom is what agencies base their time on.

Non agency meansyou know all monies go to the person working, you get continuity but no cover/no cleaner if sick/holiday/crisis.

Agency is more expensive but possibly more reliable .

I've just been getting quotes for a cleaner and I've been told that my list (v similar to yours but less bathromms) would take 2 hours, so yeah, probably a minimum of 3.

Local lovely way better, on every level.

Better to find someone lcoal if poss, but the good ones are often snapped up. Ask friends for recommendations?

Beats me if a cleaner can do that list properly in two hours. Depending on how big the rooms are and how cluttered, I would argue (given the extras as well) 8 hours. The reason for this is you want her to change water frequently, some cleaners use one bucket to do the whole house, quick, but not very clean. Also, don't you want her to empty bins and give bins a good wipe? What about wiping the kitchen cupboards? A lot of little things add up.
