Just that really. My mother in law is due here in the morning and I would like them off before then really! I know that you lovely people will be able to come to my aid! Thanks

lighter fluid or wd40 and a razor blade.

Thanks both. Think the former sounds good for the removal of stickers (and possibly the latter for the removal of MIL!!)

You can buy 'sticky stuff remover'. It's basically an oil, so maybe any oil would do it.

Spread mayonnaise onto the sticker, let if soak in for a bit then the sticker should scrape off. Saw this on Kim and Aggie and have tried it at home and it works!

nail varnish remover?

I think I might try each of these now I'm back from holiday and see which one works best!! I really am that sad!!

Was going to say the same as Super. Kim and Aggie's mayo trick works better than everything else. Just leave it on until the sticker has soaked it in and turned dark and greasy. then the whole thing will slide off and leave no mark.
