tips on ceramic sinks?

i have 2 gorgeous new white ceramic sinks installed. yet to be used! any tips on what i should/ shouldnt do with them? not sure how easily they will stain etc....

eg should i invest in sink mats? does anyone use these? anyone got great dish stackers to recommend?
