cleaning leather suite- what do i use?

have one sofa done and have run out of leather cleaner. what can i use to clean the other?

Baby wipes.
E cloth.

I use Pledge furniture polish. It does a great job on mine.

baby wipes are bad for leather. don't have an e-cloth.
