Would you freeze this?

I made a veggie curry two nights ago and we've eaten it the past two nights (so has been heated up twice). There's still more! Can't face it again tonight - is it still ok to freeze it? It's been in the fridge between heating ups.

I would.

I would too, seems as its veg, no meat. But then again I hate throwing food away!

I would with a veggie dish yes. Don;t think I would risk it with meat though.

Yes, I would freeze a veggie dish like that and have done so recently - was given loads of green beans - ate it for 2 days running, couldn't face it a third day and froze it. I did what you did, heated it up each time as it was in a large pan, but with hindsight is probably better not to do that, but to just heat what you need that night.

Thanks girls - frozen (and probably forgotten about for ages)
