My dualit hand blender which comes with mini chopper, whisk and blender accessories has been a bit of a nightmare. I had it 6 months then the motor died. Dualit sent a whole new package.
2 years later the motor has died again. Dualit advise that the motor can't be repaired because of the way it's constructed and won't replace as it's beyond the 1 year warranty. They've offered a 40% discount on a new replacement.
I think it's rubbish that a product has only lasted 2 years and a one year warranty is rubbish given the product can't be repaired in the event of a breakdown. However ... I love the mini chopper and use it a lot; found it fab when weaning ds3 and was hoping for similar action for dd.
WWYD? Buy another one eith 40% off? Replace with a different brand - any recommendations?
