How to get rid of flies?

I have loads of flies in my house and they are driving me mad. Its been in the local paper that there seems to be more than normal this year. I know we have loads at work too.

I don't want to use fly spray because of the boys and I really can't use those fly papers as they make me feel sick. But is there anything else I can use?

Thanks

Get the dyson out and suck them up. Aparantly they stick to honey if you leave some out on an old pot lid, they don't do that here so the dyson sorts them out. Wink

I was trying to hoover them up earlier but they were too fast for me. Will attempt again later when DS1 is screaming like a banshee that the hoover annoys him.

It's easier to wait for them to land on something, then sneak up with the nozzle and suck em up!
