Hoping someone can help. Been a bit of a dope and let my favourite little cardy of my baby dd get mouldy. It's white and cotton with some bits of pink embroidery. Is there anything I can do?

If it's really mould vs a dirty mark then try dabbing the patch with a bleach solution, leaving for 10 mins and then washing the garment.

Tried bleach, sunlight, lemon juice, vanish, constant washing (has mine in every wash for a fortnight) and faded the marks but didn't remove.

Someone told me to soak in neat Milton but I haven't been able to get any. Don't know why that should be different to bleach but I will try it.

Cotton can easily be dyed a darker colour if not.

Is it an isolated patch? Could it be possible to disguise it with sew on ribbon or something?

give up and dye pink

Soak in hot white vinegar mixed with water of course.
