If you have a conservatory does your window cleaner clean it?

If so may I ask if he does it every month? How long does it take and what does he generally charge.

I think my new window cleaner may be having me on but not sure. He's insisting that his price doesn't include the conservatory roof (although I'm certain we discussed that when he quoted) as it would take him 20 minutes using a pole feed system to do it every time. I think this is a bit of BS but he is on his way round shortly to speak to me and I need to know whether I'm expecting too much here.

Help!!!

yes, it's done every month, but is just a small lean to. Ours uses a pole system for the whole house though, so is v efficient

I'm assuming it doesn't take 20 minutes to do just the conservatory then? They don't use the pole system on the whole house so I'm guessing they don't want to get it out just fo the roof and the bedroom window above it?

I'm annoyed because 3 months in a row they haven't done the bedroom window above and that is why he's coming back today to do it. Now he's saing the conservatory roof isn't part of the price when I'm certain it was - Aargh!!!
