When it comes to clothes!

How many months of none use before it gets charity shopped/binned?

Thank-you.

Well this summer if there is any of last summers clothes you haven't worn they should go

fustyarse · 21/08/2010 21:16

anything you know truthfully doesn't fit you properly or suit you - no matter how much you lie it/spent on it

i got rid of all my 'thin' clothes - although I'm only a dress size (or 2) bigger than I want to be, I figured that when I do lose the weight I'll celebrate by buying lovely new things

def anything you haven't worn in a year - chuck it!

Well I got 2 black bags full.

All last summers clothes went as I've been in Maternity clothes this summer and will, hopefully, by next summer lost enough baby weight to treat myself to a few new pieces.

Actually I've got rid of most of it tbh as I was a size 10 before kids and only having 9 months between pregnancies, it will probably be a while before I'm back to that size. lol.

Left a few comfy items for post baby/winter so will start saving for a whole new wardrobe next year. Grin

Am in similar circs and I would say, if most stuff doesn't really fit, keep only what you believe you will really wear between now and the clearance bargains after Christmas. Then replace everything at bargain prices and justify it by saying "I haven't bought anything since August".
