Storage for brochures/papers etc?

Pannacotta · 16/08/2010 15:23

We are doing up our house (very slowly) and I have masses of brochures and catalogues for bathroom/kitchen/building bits.

We will eventually have some shelves/storage built in, but I need something in the meantime so the floor is no longer a storage surface! Ideally nothing too pricey.

Any ideas or suggestions please?

TIA

I woudl just keep in a magazine file. There can't be that many, surely? or rip out just the pages you want

I have too many for mag files so need some extra storage unit, ideally on castors.

I thought something like this might work but I need to check size and reviews first (was also hoping to get a MN recommendation, as per all the great MN suggestions for toy storage)

Sounds like you need a chuck out Panna

Pannacotta · 16/08/2010 15:38

You are right cyb, I am indeed a hoarder, but I do need a good stock as I also dabble in Interior Design work so like to have nice brochures around - though perhaps not quite as many as I have now!!

Have you looked in Ikea online? their wire basket storage is fab, like a drawer unit and you can add castors if you wish. I have it in my utility for clean clothes

Pannacotta · 16/08/2010 15:48

No I havent looked at IKEA, good idea though, I like their wire units and I could re-use them later on in the boys' room or utility.
Thanks.

It's their Antonius range. I'm just about to get some for the shoe explosion in the under stairs cupboard

Pannacotta · 16/08/2010 16:02

Thanks, just had a look on-line and you cant order them on the internet and we are miles from IKEA, bah humbug!
