My DD1 has just discovered cockroaches in her first floor rented flat.
She and her flatmate keep it really clean, but there has been some building work in the basement flat recently.
She has been quoted £100 from a pest control company (local authorty approved) to deal with them, but does anyone know if this is the landlord's responsibilty to pay?
She is student so can ill afford the expense.
