Okay, feeling VERY proud of myself having just made my first ever apple pie & it looks lovely. So wanting to continue, whilst "on a roll".
I have milk & a couple of eggs, vanilla essence & cornflour but NO cream. How do I make the custard?
Please help me in my moment of great triumph.
