cleaning conservatory windows

How do you clean the inside of your conservatory windows? I can just about reach the top if I put a chair on the table and climb up, but am not very keen on the idea. Does anyone know of any gadgets that will help? I haven't got a window cleaner, but would one do this?

have you a sponge-headed or microfibre mop?
(NB how dirty does the inside really get? Are you sure it;s not the outside?)

No, definately inside, I don't think it help that it runs off the kitchen

We find the humidity encourages black mould, so a couple of times a year I clamber up a step stool armed with old kitchen sponges, a bucket of soapy water with a bit of bleach in and the hope that I won't fall off.

I hate doing it but it does look better afterwards!
