Sudocrem in fabric?1 How to remove it please?

DD has slapped 'sudey' all over a bedspread I have just bought

It seems stained, is there any miracle cure for getting it out?

well as its greasy,maybe some washing up liquid,rub into the area and see what happens,if not do stain devil do anything for grease.I use it on tar stains on my daughters school dress and it was brilliant,i got it from asda,and its in a small bottle,good luck.

is the bedspread machine washable? DD smeared sudocrem all over something of ours and i was convinced it wouldnt come out but i just washed it in a regular load and came out like it'd never been there.
